Privacy Policy
**Effective Date:** July 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how **APAM.PE** ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at:
**sportlife.sportsoul@gmail.com**
1. App Overview
APAM.PE is a mobile application that may provide local expense tracking features and may also load online content through an in-app WebView when an eligible remote configuration is returned by our backend service.
If the online configuration is unavailable, invalid, or cannot be loaded, the App falls back to the local expense tracking experience.
2. Information We Collect
The App may process the following categories of information.
### 2.1 Local Expense Tracking Data
If you use the local expense tracking features, you may enter information such as:
- Transaction titles
- Transaction notes
- Amounts
- Categories
- Dates
- Budget settings
- Currency preference
- Display name
- Backup reminder preference
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account to use the local expense tracking features.
### 2.2 Device and App Configuration Data
When the App starts, it may contact our backend configuration service to determine whether to load online content or show the local App experience.
For this purpose, the App may collect and transmit limited device and app environment information, including:
- Android ID
- App package name
- CPU architecture
- Hardware name
- Device manufacturer, brand, model, and device name
- Android SDK version and operating system version
- Sensor count
- Approximate RAM size
- ADB status
- Developer options status
- Emulator likelihood indicators
- Network type
- Basic app integrity and environment signals
- Basic usage timing signals such as cold start timing and page stay timing
This information is used only for app configuration, security, integrity, fraud prevention, compatibility, and service availability decisions.
### 2.3 WebView Data
If the App loads online content in a WebView, the website shown inside the WebView may process information according to its own functionality. This may include information you enter into the web page, interaction data, cookies, session data, uploaded files, or other web-related data.
The App allows standard web links to open inside the WebView. Non-web links, such as messaging, market, social, or intent links, may be opened by external apps installed on your device.
### 2.4 Files Selected by You
If a web page inside the App asks you to upload a file, the App may allow you to select images from your device or capture an image using your device camera through Android system intents.
Files are only accessed when you choose to select or capture them. Selected files are provided to the web page that requested the upload.
3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide the App's local expense tracking functionality
- To save your local preferences and local app data
- To request remote configuration when the App starts
- To decide whether to show online content or local content
- To improve app compatibility, reliability, and security
- To detect emulator, automation, debugging, or other abnormal app environments
- To support WebView browsing and file upload features
- To open supported external links in the appropriate external app
- To respond to user questions and support requests
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
4. How Information Is Stored
Local expense tracking data is stored on your device using local app storage. This data remains on your device unless you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
Remote configuration requests are transmitted to our backend service. The request payload is protected using encryption in addition to standard HTTPS transport.
Information processed by online content loaded in the WebView may be stored according to the systems and services used by that online content.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or process information in the following limited situations:
- With backend service providers that help us operate app configuration, security, and online content delivery
- With external apps when you choose to open a non-web link, such as a messaging, social, browser, or app store link
- With a web page inside the WebView when you choose to submit information or upload a file
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
- To protect the rights, safety, integrity, and security of users, the App, or our services
6. Permissions and Device Access
The App may use internet access to request remote configuration and load online content.
The App may allow file selection or image capture when requested by a web page inside the WebView. This access is user initiated. The App does not continuously access your files or camera in the background.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App.
Remote configuration requests are sent over HTTPS and use an encrypted request envelope. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
Local expense tracking data is retained on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
Backend configuration and security-related records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, debug, and improve the App and related services, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Information entered into online content loaded through the WebView may be retained according to the applicable web service functionality and retention practices.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information.
You can manage local App data by:
- Editing or deleting information inside the App where available
- Clearing the App's data through Android system settings
- Uninstalling the App
You may contact us at **sportlife.sportsoul@gmail.com** to request assistance with privacy-related questions or deletion requests related to information associated with backend configuration services.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at **sportlife.sportsoul@gmail.com**, and we will take reasonable steps to delete the information where required.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
The App may load online content or open links to third-party apps, websites, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
You should review the privacy policies of any third-party websites, apps, or services that you access through the App.
12. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.
By using the App, you understand that information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the effective date above.
