Overview

ZENA Plus is a personal finance utility that helps users record income and expenses, review budgets, organize transaction categories, view spending insights, and export transaction records. The app does not provide loans, credit products, investment services, financial returns, virtual currency services, gambling features, cashback, cash rewards, or payment processing.

Information You Enter in the App

When you use ZENA Plus, you may choose to enter transaction and budget information, including transaction type, amount, category, note, date, monthly budget, category budget, and currency symbol. This information is used to provide the app's core features, including transaction lists, monthly summaries, budget progress, category spending charts, trend charts, CSV export, and local data clearing controls.

Device and Technical Information

The app may access limited device and technical information needed for app operation, compatibility checks, security, diagnostics, WebView functionality, and configuration decisions. This may include device identifier values available to the Android system, Android version, device model, hardware information, CPU architecture, sensor count, memory information, network status, and app package information. This information is used to initialize app functionality, load compatible app experiences, support secure communication, and improve reliability.

Network and WebView Functionality

ZENA Plus may connect to a remote configuration service over HTTPS when the app starts. Depending on the response, the app may display web content inside a secure WebView. Web content may be provided by third-party or service-operated websites and may have separate privacy practices. If a user opens a non-web link, such as a messaging, market, or external app link, Android may route the link to another installed app or browser.

File Uploads and External Links

If web content requests file selection, the app may allow the user to choose an image or take a photo through Android system interfaces. Files are selected only after user action. External links are opened through Android intents when the user navigates to supported external schemes. ZENA Plus does not silently upload files without user interaction.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide transaction recording, budget tracking, financial summaries, charts, CSV export, WebView display, app configuration, compatibility checks, reliability, security, and user-requested actions. We do not use user-entered transaction records to provide lending, investment, gambling, payment, reward, or advertising services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not share user-entered transaction records with advertisers, data brokers, lenders, investment providers, gambling services, or payment processors. Technical data may be transmitted to service infrastructure when needed for configuration, app operation, security, troubleshooting, or compliance with law. If web content is displayed, interactions inside that web content may be governed by the relevant website's own terms and privacy practices.

Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Transaction and budget records entered into the native app are stored on the user's device using app storage. Users can delete individual transaction records, export records as CSV, or clear local app data from the Settings screen. CSV files are created only when the user chooses to export data. Technical records handled by service infrastructure, if any, are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for app operation, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data handled by the app. Network requests to configuration services are sent over HTTPS and may use encrypted request and response payloads. Users should also protect their devices with screen locks and keep their operating systems updated.

Permissions

ZENA Plus requests internet access for configuration, WebView content, and network communication. The app is designed to avoid unnecessary sensitive permissions. When file selection or camera capture is requested by web content, Android system interfaces are used so the user can choose whether to provide a file or photo.

Children's Privacy
