This Privacy Policy explains how AXIO Pro handles information when you use our mobile application. This policy applies to the Android app AXIO Pro.

1. Information We Collect
AXIO Pro is designed to help users manage personal finance records, such as accounts, balances, budgets, goals, income entries, expense entries, transfer records, notes, categories, and app preferences.
Most finance information entered into the local app experience is stored on your device. We do not require you to create an account in the app.
Depending on app configuration, AXIO Pro may request a remote configuration service when it starts. During this request, the app may collect and transmit limited technical information, including:
- Android device identifier
- App package name
- CPU architecture
- Device hardware information
- Manufacturer, brand, model, and device name
- Android SDK version and operating system version
- Sensor count
- Approximate device memory
- Basic environment and integrity signals, such as whether developer options or ADB appear to be enabled
- Basic network or startup-related technical signals used to support app operation
If AXIO Pro loads online content through Android WebView, the website or online service shown inside the app may receive information that is normally sent when loading a webpage, such as IP address, browser or WebView information, device information, page requests, and any information you choose to enter on that webpage.
If a webpage inside the app asks you to upload a file or image, you may choose to select a file from your device or use the camera. The selected file or photo is provided only after your action and is used for the upload requested by the webpage.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide the app's personal finance tracking features
- To save your local app preferences and finance records on your device
- To request app configuration needed to determine whether to show local app content or online content
- To load and display online content in WebView when applicable
- To support file upload features requested by online content
- To maintain app functionality, security, compatibility, and reliability
- To prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, and improve app operation
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Local Storage
Finance records and app preferences created in the local app experience are stored on your device using local storage. This may include transaction records, account names, balances, budgets, savings goals, notes, user display name, email value entered in the app, currency preference, and display settings.
You can delete locally stored app data by using available reset options in the app, clearing the app's data in Android system settings, or uninstalling the app.
4. Remote Configuration and Encryption
When AXIO Pro requests remote configuration, the request and response may be protected using encryption. The configuration response may determine whether the app displays local app content or online WebView content.
This technical configuration process is used for app functionality, compatibility, and security. It is not used to sell user data.
5. WebView and External Websites
AXIO Pro may display online content through Android WebView. Online content may be operated by us or by service providers connected to the app experience.
When you interact with online content, that content may collect information according to its own functionality, forms, cookies, scripts, analytics, payment flows, account systems, or support tools. You should review any privacy notices shown by the online service you use.
The app may also open external links or third-party apps for non-web links, such as messaging, social, app store, or intent-based links. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party apps, websites, or services.
6. Permissions
AXIO Pro may use the following Android permissions or capabilities:
- Internet access: used to request configuration and load online content.
- File selection: used only when you choose to upload a file or image from a webpage inside the app.
- Camera capture through system intent: used only when you choose to take a photo for upload from a webpage inside the app.
The app does not access your files or camera for upload unless you choose to do so through the system picker or camera flow.
7. Sharing of Information
We may share limited information in the following situations:
- With service providers that help operate configuration, hosting, security, WebView content, or technical infrastructure
- With external websites or services that you choose to access through the app
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the app, or others
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
8. Data Retention
Local finance data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app data, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
Technical configuration data may be retained only for as long as needed for app operation, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
Information submitted to online content through WebView may be retained according to the practices of the online service that receives it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted communication for configuration where applicable. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure, including using device lock features and keeping your operating system updated.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

11. Children's Privacy

12. International Data Transfers
Depending on your location and the services used to operate the app, information may be processed on servers located outside your country or region. Where required, we take steps designed to protect information according to applicable legal requirements.
