This Privacy Policy explains how AETCT Pro ("AETCT Pro", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the AETCT Pro Android application.

Overview

AETCT Pro is a personal finance, daily budget, and expense tracking app. It helps users record income and expenses, manage budgets, review asset accounts, view financial summaries, and manually export or restore local backup data.

The core finance tracking features are designed to work with data stored on your device. The app also uses an internet connection at startup to request app configuration and may display web content inside an in-app browser when a valid web address is returned by the configuration service.

Information You Provide in the App

When you use AETCT Pro, you may enter information such as:

Expense and income records

Amounts, dates, categories, accounts, and notes

Budget names, budget limits, and spending progress

Asset account names, balances, and liability status

Backup text that you manually import

This finance and budget data is stored locally on your device. AETCT Pro does not require account registration and does not upload your personal finance records to our app server.

Information Collected Automatically

When the app starts, AETCT Pro may send an encrypted configuration request to our server. This request may include:

App package name

Android ID or device identifier available from the Android system

CPU architecture, hardware name, device brand, device model, manufacturer, Android version, and SDK version

Sensor count and approximate RAM size

App and device environment signals, such as emulator indication, ADB setting status, developer options setting status, and related integrity or automation signals

Network type and startup or app interaction timing signals

We use this information to request app configuration, protect the app from abuse, verify the app environment, improve reliability, and decide whether to open web content or continue to the local app experience.

Web Content and External Links

If the configuration service returns a valid web address, AETCT Pro may open that page inside an in-app WebView. Pages opened in the WebView may be operated by third parties or service providers and may collect information according to their own privacy practices.

When you tap non-web links such as messaging, market, social, or intent links, the app may ask Android to open the link in another installed app or browser. Your use of those external apps or websites is governed by their own privacy policies.

Files, Photos, and Uploads

AETCT Pro supports file selection when a web page inside the WebView requests a file upload. If you choose to upload a file, Android may open the system file picker or camera app. AETCT Pro only receives the file URI selected or created through that user action and passes it back to the web page that requested the upload.

The app does not request continuous access to your photo library, camera, or media files.

Clipboard and Backup Data

AETCT Pro includes a manual backup feature that can copy your backup JSON text to the clipboard. If you copy, save, share, paste, or upload backup text outside the app, you are responsible for protecting that information.

How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

Providing finance tracking, record management, budget planning, asset overview, and backup features

Saving your theme preference and local app state

Calculating totals, balances, budget progress, and financial summaries

Restoring data from a backup you provide

Requesting app configuration at startup

Detecting abnormal app environments and protecting app integrity

Opening web content, external links, or file upload flows when requested by app configuration or user interaction

Maintaining app security, stability, and compliance

Data Sharing

AETCT Pro does not sell your personal information.

We do not share your locally stored finance records with advertisers or analytics providers. We may transmit startup configuration and device environment information to our configuration service as described above. If web content is displayed, the operator of that web page may receive information generated by your interaction with that page, subject to that operator's privacy practices.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the app, or others.

Third-Party SDKs and Services

The app uses Flutter and related app libraries to provide local storage, HTTP networking, encryption, and WebView functionality. AETCT Pro does not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs in the current version.

Web pages opened in the WebView and external apps opened from links may use their own third-party services. Those services are not controlled by AETCT Pro.

Permissions

AETCT Pro may use the following Android capabilities:

Internet access, to request app configuration and load web content when applicable

System file picker or camera intent, only when a WebView page requests a file upload and you choose a file or take a photo

Local app storage, to save your finance records, budgets, asset accounts, preferences, and backup-related data on your device

The app does not request account login, contact access, location access, microphone access, or background tracking permissions for its core features.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your finance records, budget, asset, preference, and backup-related data remains on your device unless you edit it, delete it, uninstall the app, or clear the app data from Android system settings.

You can delete records inside the app. You can also remove locally stored app data by using Android system settings to clear app data or by uninstalling the app.

Data that you copy, export, save, upload, or share outside the app is not deleted when you delete app data. You must delete those external copies separately.

Startup configuration and device environment information transmitted to our server may be retained for security, integrity, compliance, troubleshooting, and service operation purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by AETCT Pro. The startup configuration request is sent using an encrypted request body over a secure network connection.

Your local finance data is stored in the app's local storage area on your device. Please protect your device with a passcode, biometric lock, or other security measures. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Data Transfers

Information processed by our configuration service or by web pages opened in the WebView may be transferred to and processed in countries or regions other than where you live. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed where our service providers or web service operators maintain systems.

Children's Privacy

AETCT Pro is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Choices

You can:

Choose what finance records and notes you enter into the app

Delete or edit records inside the app

Avoid copying or sharing backup text outside the app

Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored data from your device

Choose not to upload files when a WebView page requests a file

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a policy update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
